Returns policy

Any product purchased from lumicosmetics.com can be refunded or exchanged if returned within 14 day from delivery. For hygiene reasons, the item must not have been used to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

 

We check all of our products carefully but in case of receiving a faulty or damaged item, you must notify us within 7 days. 

 

To process your return, we require proof of purchase. 

If you wish to return an item then please email us at support@lumicosmetics.com 

 

Items can only be exchanged if they are faulty or damaged.

 

Once we have received your return, we will inspect and contact you via email to arrange a refund or exchange. The credit will then be automatically applied to the original method of payment, this can take up to 20 days after we receive the returned item. 

 

If you haven't received a refund and it has been more than 20 days then please contact your bank as refunds can sometimes take longer to process.
